ASSESS+ is a tool that can be applied to disclosures – spontaneous and in response to questions – in interviews, recordings and in documents. ASSESS+ enables the practitioner to assess oddity in the content, form and delivery of an individual’s disclosure with reference to:
- Account problems
- Sense problems
- Struggling to give detail
- Evasion
- Sabotaging behaviour
- Significant expressive behaviour
- Context
